Store Pick-Up Option

Orders can be picked up at any of our stores during normal business hours. Business hours and stock availability will be based on the location of pickup. If you are picking your order up in a store, payment will be taken at the time of pick up by any of our accepted methods.

Warehouse Order Pickups

Warehouse orders can be picked up at the Mississauga store during regular store hours. Choose warehouse pickup when ordering and please note that your order is not ready for pickup until you receive notification by email. You should choose Credit Card or PayPal payment method when ordering online.

Email money transfer (EMT) for pickup orders
Please note that EMT payments require manual processing by administration at head office in Stratford, PE. Payments are processed during office hours Monday to Friday and may result in a significant delay in processing your order payment for pickup orders.

Required When Picking Up an Order

  • Government issued photo identification. The name on the ID must match the name on the order and the photo must match the person picking up the order.
  • Credit Card used in paying for order (if applicable). This will be viewed for verification and must match the name on the government issued photo ID. If the order was placed by phone or on line and paid for by credit card and the card is not presented at the time of pickup, the order will not be released.
  • Provide your invoice number given to you at the time you were notified that the order was ready.
  • Customer will be required to sign for the product at time of pickup.
