After seeing a GP engine, you'll realize that this is no ordinary sport engine. Thunder Tiger's automated, computer controlled production results in engines that look and perform better. Castings are made from ultra-dense aluminum alloys and are machined to a jewel-like finish. One-piece crankshafts are machined to exacting tolerances, providing a smooth running engine. Phosphorous-bronze bushings are CNC line-bored and polished for long life. High silicone-content pistons are made to a tolerance of 1/10,000 of an inch for more power and easier starting
Precision air-bleed carburetors make needle valve adjustments simple, and an efficient, large volume muffler keeps things quiet at the field.
