The Top Flite SmartStripe stripe cutting tool makes perfect trim stripes from scrap MonoKote in seconds. This great tool can turn "throwaway" odds and ends of MonoKote into high-quality trim stripes, saving you money from ever having to buy stripe tape again—and get stripes that are as fuelproof and permanent as MonoKote itself.
Just wrap you covering onto the tool's wooden roller. Then turn the cutter adjustment knob to the strip width you need. Each turn moves the replaceable #11 blade exactly 1/32 of an inch.
Now press on the cutting head while turning the roller to make stripes as narrow as 1/64", or as wide as 5-1/4". If you've cut the stripes from the same roll as your base covering, they'll match its color exactly—and be applied easily with your Sealing Iron or Trim Solvent.
The SmartStripe also accepts #10 and #121 blades, and includes a five-year warranty. Extra wooden rollers can be purchased separately—keep your favorite colors wrapped and ready for stripe cutting!
