Sullivan Tufstrand Control Line is a major breakthrough in control line technology made from strong, durable Aramid fibers by DuPont.
Lightweight, flexible Tufstrand responds to the lightest touch. It won't tangle, knot or kink like stranded steel wire and therefore there is little possibility of the line breaking during flight.
It won't conduct electricity, therefore the risk of accidents from contact with power lines is greatly reduced.
Tufstrand is 20% stronger than seven-stand .018 diameter wire yet has only one-third the weight and just one size can be used in place of all stranded steel wire from .008 through .018.
Two line systems come complete, crimped with eyelet, ready for use. The kit can be cut to the desired length with sleeves and eyelets included. The Lines End kit (SUL143) supplies all the hardware necessary to dress the ends of Tufstrand control lines.
