FEATURES

Junior Johnson Racing’s Oldsmobile ® 442 Driven By Cale Yarborough in 1979 at the season’s biggest race in Daytona in one of racing history’s most famous race finishes! Kit includes a beautiful set of Micro-Scale decals and our customary REAL chrome parts!

Salvinos JR Models is a US manufacturer of detailed model car kits from the American auto racing scene. They make car kits primarily in the NASCAR and Indy scene. All kits are officially licensed by all parties, meaning no cut corners, and a focus on accuracy to the real vehicle.

Model kits produced by Salvinos JR Models are all limited production kits. There are only ever a select number made from each mold. This means that these kits become collectors items after production has been completed. They will not be made again.

In the pursuit of being as 'to scale' as possible, the kits include waterslide decals to keep quality and detail to the highest possible degree, as well as actual metallic chrome parts, done over ABS plastic, just like a real car would. These parts will even attract a magnet due to the real chrome!

Plastic used in these kits are high quality, fresh styrene plastic. This makes the model kit more flexible and easier to work with than other manufacturers. Clear parts are made from the same high quality styrene in clear.

Instructions are produced on thick, high gloss, heavy paper not commonly found in the modelling industry.

Kits are provided unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paint and assembly tools not provided.

Designed in Texas and manufactured in California.
