Ageing sprays are named Dirty Down because that’s what they do; they “dirty things down”. One quick spray deposits a fine layer of semi-transparent coloured dye that makes new, clean surfaces appear to be dirty and old, or to have “aged”.
The Dirty Down ageing spray range is water soluble and can be smeared and reworked by wetting with water to create dirt stains.
Fast drying. Ozone friendly. Apply to costumes, props, fabric, furniture, paper, plastics, leather, glass and metal etc.
Mid Brown – green muddy brown colour. Medium density and dries fast, great for finishing touches on set. When washed, leaves yellow/green stains on fabric, just like Dark Brown. Good for shading. If you are buying just one spray, then make it this one or Dark Brown.
