Acrylic Paint Set 17ml Bottles (6) Rust Effects

This set contains six acrylic paints specifically design to create various rust and metallic chipping effects. The set includes matte paints for different rust and a satin colour for old chips on worn metal. Included is AKII711, a very useful dark brown colour that dries to a satin finish resulting in a dark/rusted steel chipping effect. Very useful for tanks and any other type of vehicle made of metal that can rust. Additionally, these paints can be used with a brush or airbrush offering complete flexibility. Specially formulated for both brush and airbrush, AKII acrylic paints are water-soluble and free of odours commonly found in aggressive solvent-based paints.

AKI's AFV series paints are not only historically accurate and specially formulated with top quality components to exacting standards but take into account the effect of scale reduction. Ready to use straight from the bottle, simply shake, and the paint is ready to go. Dilution is not necessary when airbrushing AKII paints; however, when painting camouflage or fine lines, add a few drops of AKII's specially formulated thinner AKII712.

Useful with all acrylic paints, AKII712 improves the performance of the paint and is vastly superior to most other available thinners.
